Maintenance instructions
1. Check the instrument carefully before use, whether the glass bottle is damaged, and whether the interfaces are consistent, pay attention to take it lightly.
2. Wipe each interface with a soft cloth (can be replaced with a napkin), then apply a little vacuum grease. The vacuum grease must be covered after use to prevent the ingress of lime sand.
3. Each interface should not be tightened too tightly, and it should be loosened regularly to avoid the connector biting due to long-term locking.
4. First turn on the power switch, and then let the machine run from slow to fast. When the machine is stopped, the machine should be in a stopped state before turning off the switch.
5. The PTFE switches everywhere can't be tightened excessively, which is easy to damage the glass.
6. Every time you use it, you must use a soft cloth to wipe off all the oil marks, stains and solvents left on the surface of the machine, and keep it clean.
7. Loosen the PTFE switches after shutdown, and the PTFE piston will be deformed when it is still in working condition for a long time.
8. Regularly clean the sealing ring by removing the sealing ring, checking whether there is dirt on the shaft, wiping it with a soft cloth, then applying a little vacuum grease, and reinstalling it to keep the shaft and the sealing ring smooth.
9. The electrical part must not enter the water, and it is strictly forbidden to get wet.
10. It is necessary to purchase the original genuine parts of the original factory, and the use of other parts at will will cause fatal damage to the machine.
11. When doing any repair or inspection on the machine, be sure to cut off the power supply and water source first. Note that this equipment is a fragile product, please be careful when using it. The damage of fragile products is not covered by our warranty.

Leakage is a common failure phenomenon of the evaporator, and it should be checked frequently during use. The leak can be checked with phenolphthalein test paper. Because ammonia is alkaline, it turns red when exposed to phenolphthalein test paper. When you see it with your eyes, the leak point is usually somewhere in the evaporator. You can also use soapy water to find the leak. The inspection of Freon evaporator leaks can use halogen lamps and halogen leak detectors, or use soapy water to find leaks.
During the inspection, you can first use the eye to see if there is oil on the evaporation pipe, because Freon and oil can be miscible, and when Freon leaks, it may also leak out from the leakage point. When using a halogen lamp to detect leaks, if there is a Freon leak, the flame of the halogen lamp will turn blue, light green, grass green, purple green, purple and other colors to determine how much Freon leaks. If the flame is dark green or purple, the phosgene in the flame is poisonous and cannot be checked by this method for a long time.
