Oxidized starch and water glass glue, this kind of glue is cheap, there is a certain viscosity, so in some low-grade packaging and the requirements of low-cost manufacturers are still in use, but because this type of glue has a strong alkaline, so sometimes packaging will The phenomenon of yellowing, softening, moisture absorption, and brittleness occurs, which affects the printing quality of inks. Various types of failures occur on the printing surface, so they belong to low-grade viscose that should be eliminated.

2. Polyvinyl acetate emulsion modified plastic, this type of adhesive is environmentally friendly viscose, adhesive strength, fast drying, is currently widely used, but the price is relatively high, which is also high in the middle and low. In general, the higher the price, the greater the intensity and the lower the water content, high-end packaging products generally use such high-quality glue.

In the actual processing and production process, the common quality problems in the process of co-processing are generally the following:

1. The product appears warping phenomenon. The main reason for this situation is that the number of stickers is too much, and the glue on the edge of the cardboard is dry and cannot stick. Therefore, it is usually more appropriate to crush 20 sheets.

2. The product's humidity is too high, especially for the gold card. It is mainly due to the poor penetration and loss of water in gold paperboard, whereas the ordinary flat glue has higher moisture content. So usually use quick-drying adhesive or the product is deployed to dry in the sun to solve.

3. If the product is tiled or flat, if the product is exposed to high humidity, it may turn yellow after it is left for a longer time. This is mainly due to the fact that some manufacturers use water glass adhesives or starch gums containing large amounts of alkalinity. Therefore, in order to ensure the quality of the product, we should use a good quality flat and corrugated plastic.

4. The phenomenon of delamination of packaging products is mainly due to the insufficient strength of adhesives. It is recommended to use some products from regular manufacturers so as to ensure strength, reduce humidity, increase stiffness, and improve the quality and grade of packaging products. .
