The main sources of platinum and rhodium in wine are: trace metals dissolved from stainless steel when the wine grows in the soil and in the car exhaust around the orchard, and when the wine comes into contact with the container, wine pump, and pipeline. The presence of these heavy metal ions will affect the stability and taste of wine. For the samples after UV digestion, the platinum and rhodium elements were detected by the mercury stripping mode (HMDE) of the adsorption stripping voltammetry, and the standard addition method was used. The detection limits of both platinum and rhodium elements reached 5ng / L . This study has opened up a new way to detect ultra-trace heavy metal residues in food by electrochemical methods in the field of food analysis.
