In view of the characteristics of dry lamination, we must pay attention to the following points during operation:

1. Check whether the BOPP film is evenly glued before starting the machine. The glued surface of the film (after passing through the heat roller) during installation should be consistent with the color surface of the printed product;

2. The rollers must be kept clean and parallel, the gap between the two ends is the same, and the rotation is flexible;

3. The paper gap of each roller depends on the paper thickness adjustment;

4. The pressure of the pressure roller should not be lower than 0.2Kpa;

5. The temperature of the electric heating roller should be controlled between 100-125 ℃, preferably stable at 120 ± 2 ℃;

6. The side positioning baffle depends on the width of the product film;

7. Paper feeding should be continuous, but the overlap of printed products should not exceed 0.2cm;

8. Be sure to use a duster to clean the dust before laminating the printed products;

9. The printed product is solid bottom printing or the amount of ink is large, dry film should not be used;

10. The paper weight is less than 60g / m2, and dry film should not be used if it exceeds 380g / m2

11. It is forbidden to use if the film is uneven or the tension at both ends is inconsistent;

12. Films with wet ink are strictly prohibited to be covered with film;

13. The laminating speed depends on the temperature of the heating roller and the paper feeding speed, and it is best to be stabilized at 150 sheets / minute; 14. The printed product with the laminating film should be cooled and set before putting it into the next process; 15. The laminating workshop The humidity should not exceed 60%.

If the above factors are neglected, it will result in difficulties such as laminating of printed products, poor adhesion, blistering, peeling, creping, smearing, dullness, etc., and even directly bring difficulties and troubles to the subsequent processes.
