3. Product classification
Coated paper is divided into single-sided and double-sided. According to quality, it is further divided into A, BI, B-â…¡, C and so on. Among them, B-â…¡ and other products are mainly air knife coated products at one time.
4. Technical requirements
4.1 The technical specifications of coated paper must comply with the provisions of Table 1, where 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 are all requirements for the coated surface. The items and values ​​in Table 1 of the agreement can be appropriately increased or decreased.

4.2 The coated paper is flat paper or roll paper, and the paper size is 880mm × 1230mm or 787mm × 1092mm, or according to the order contract. The size deviation shall not exceed ± 3mm, and the deflection shall not exceed 3mm.
4.3 Other quantitative papers can be produced according to the contract, and the relevant indicators are evaluated according to the insertion method.
4.4 The paper surface should be smooth and the coating should be even. There should be no folds, breakage, blemishes, blisters, hard blocks and obvious streaks.
4.5 The color of the same batch of paper should not be significantly different.
4.6 The paper surface should be free from defects such as wet repulsion that result in printing without ink, and products such as A and BI should not have obvious printing spots.
4.7 The cut edges of the paper should be neat and clean.
4.8 A, C and other products may be classified as second-class products in the following situations, but not more than two items at the same time:
a. The quantitative exceeds ± 2.0% of the allowable error range;
b. The whiteness is less than the specified 3% (absolute value);
c. The gloss is less than the specified 5% (absolute value);
d. The smoothness is less than the specified 15%;
e. Those whose dustiness exceeds 30%.
4.9 The BI and B-II grades may exceed the allowable error range of ± 2% or the whiteness is less than the specified 3% (absolute value).
5. Test method
5.1 The processing and testing of the samples shall be carried out according to GB10739. The standard atmospheric conditions are 23 ± 1 ℃, (50 ± 2)% rh.
5.2 The size, skewness and quantification shall be measured according to GB451.1 and GB451.2. When the sample area of ​​the quantitative deviation of the banner is 0.01m2, cut five samples in the horizontal direction of a piece of paper to measure. The quantitative difference of banner △ G (%) is calculated as follows:
5.3 The whiteness shall be tested according to GB 7974 or GB 8940.1. If there is any dispute, it shall be arbitrated with GB 7974.
5.4 The opacity is measured according to GB 1543.
5.5 The gloss is measured according to GB 8941.3.
5.6 Printing gloss is prepared according to GB / T 12033, and measured according to GB8941.3.
5.7 The roughness of the printed surface shall be measured with a pressure of 981kPa and a hard pad according to the provisions of GB / T 2679.9.
5.8 The smoothness shall be measured according to GB 456.
5.9 The ink absorption is measured according to GB 12911.
5.10 The strength of the printed surface shall be measured according to GB 331 or GB 10341. Whether low-viscosity oil or medium-viscosity oil is used, it shall be deemed as qualified as long as it meets the standards.
5.11 The dust degree shall be measured according to GB 1541, and the dust> 1.0 ~ 1.5mm2 shall be measured according to the area of ​​5m2.
5.12 The moisture of delivery shall be measured according to GB 462.
5.13 The color difference of the same batch of paper should be checked visually. If there is any dispute, the color difference of the same piece of paper should not be greater than 2.
5.14 Printing spot is prepared according to GB / T 12033, and then visually evaluated.
6. Inspection rules
6.1 Take one delivery as a batch, but not more than 30t.
6.2 The manufacturer should ensure that the products produced meet the requirements of this standard, and each piece of paper should be accompanied by a product quality certificate.
6.3 The type inspection is the first inspection, and all items specified in Table 1 shall be carried out at least once every three months. When the raw materials, formula or process changes, type inspection shall also be carried out, but item 7 of Table 1 shall not be used to judge whether the product is qualified Basis. When the first item is inspected, all items that pass the inspection will be judged as the first item.
6.4 Ex-factory inspection shall be items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 11 and 12 of Table 1 and their appearance requirements.
6.5 The sampling inspection of the delivery inspection shall be carried out according to GB 2828, the sample unit is piece (volume), and the sampling plan shall be as specified in Table 2.

6.6 The acquirer has the right to conduct acceptance inspections in accordance with all or part of the technical requirements of this standard. During the inspection, first check the external packaging, and then take samples from it for inspection. If the inspection results are not in conformity with the standard, the purchaser should notify the supplier to take a sample together for re-inspection within three months after arrival (or according to the order contract) If it is still unqualified, it is judged as batch unqualified and the supplier is responsible for handling it. If it is qualified, the buyer is responsible for handling it.
7. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 Packing and marking shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB10342 wooden plywood packaging. The second layer of packaging material must use moisture-proof materials such as moisture-proof paper or plastic film. It can also be packaged and marked according to the order contract.
7.2 When transporting, you should use a hooded and clean means of transport.
7.3 When loading and unloading, it is not allowed to hang, and it is not allowed to drop the paper from a high place.
7.4 The paper should be properly stored on the backing of the ventilated warehouse to prevent it from being affected by rain, snow or ground moisture.
