It has superior characteristics in printing and conductive properties than other brands.

Printing: The use of ordinary screen printing technology, suitable for automatic, semi-automatic and fully automatic screen printing machine, it is best to use precision screen printing press printing.

Printing surface treatment: Before printing, the grease on the printing surface, oxides, and other contaminants must be removed. There should be no residual acid, residual alkali and other oily dirt, so as not to affect the adhesion performance. When printing the copper foil surface, More attention should be paid to cleaning the layout, and if necessary, it should be milled.

Stencil: Use 36-100T (90-250 mesh) monofilament polyester mesh or 60-120T (165-300 mesh) stainless steel mesh, usually 51T-61T mesh.

Can be used photosensitive emulsion or water film, the maximum possible consistency to ensure consistent ink thickness, the best use of 35 or 50 film.

Scraper: Shore 60-75 degrees polyurethane blade, commonly used 70 degrees.

Viscosity adjustment: The viscosity of the original packaging of this product has been adjusted, and it can be used directly without adjustment. If the user feels that the viscosity is too high, the special thinner YH-6 or YH-CCI-601AA 30P diluted carbon oil provided by the company can be used to dilute, otherwise the product quality cannot be guaranteed.

Screen printing machine: manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic screen printing machine.

Clean: Butanone (MEK), cyclohexanone, 783, anti-white water, etc. can be used.

Storage: Can be stored in a dry, ventilated, cool (20C) place, preferably at a low temperature ([10C] Freezer refrigeration will last for long-term stability of the product.
Sealed original can be stored for 6 months.

Precautions:

Nickel-plated gold plated matte nickel matte gold, if the surface is too smooth will affect the carbon film adhesion and not hanging tin, should open the appropriate brush roller hair;

Before use, the ink should be fully stirred, but to avoid too fast, so as not to affect the printing effect of air bubbles.

Conductive carbon ink must not be mixed with other brands of ink when used. Oil shovels, screens, scrapers, and churns must be cleaned before use. Otherwise, product performance cannot be guaranteed.

Carbon film should be green oil, insulating oil primer is better.
