In order to break the foreign technical barriers as quickly as possible, the Shaanxi Inspection and Quarantine Bureau's technical center decided to overcome this problem and establish a rapid test method for heat-resistant and acid-resistant bacteria in apple juice concentrate. Subsequently, they collected 200 samples from 9 apple juice concentrate processing companies and conducted experiments. Among the 111 samples, heat-resistant and acid-resistant strains were detected. The rate exceeds 50%. After verification experiments conducted by several institutions inside and outside the system, the results were in line with each other and achieved the intended purpose.
