Abstract : The invention relates to a preparation method of a four-component compounded biodegradable polylactic acid-type composite material. The mass fraction of each component was: lactic acid 45.0% to 80.0%, polypropylene carbonate 3.0% to 38.0%, polycaprolactone 3.0% to 38.0%, poly 32 hydroxyl Butyrate 3.0% to 38.0%, the rest as additives. The preparation steps and conditions are as follows: the raw materials are dried in an oven at 40-80° C. for 4 to 10 hours, then stirred at a low speed for 5 to 10 minutes in a high-speed mixer, then stirred at high speed for 3 to 5 minutes, and then at 70 to 195° C. Blend extrusion granulation produces the product. The quaternary compounded polylactic acid-based composite material obtained by the method of the invention improves the molding processability, heat resistance, tear strength and dimensional stability of the polylactic acid product; the biodegradation speed of the prepared film product is controllable. Widely used in daily packaging and agricultural products.
