YR420WZ web flexographic printing press is the first domestic non-shaft drive type flexographic printing press. The whole machine adopts touch screen industrial control computer control.

There is no shaft connection between each unit of YR420WZ web flexographic printing machine, so the unit can be driven separately. When the user's print design does not need to use all the printing units, the idle unit may not rotate and simultaneously perform preparation for printing the next print, thereby shortening the preparation time and improving the utilization of the equipment.
The closed-loop tension control system composed of servo motors can provide a wide range of printing materials with small fluctuations in tension stability. Due to the specially designed double wall plate rewinding unit with floating roller tension control, the rewinding tension is controlled steplessly and the end face of the reel is more even.
