1. Significance
Yogurt is a kind of dairy product made from fresh milk, pasteurized, added with lactic acid bacteria, fermentation, cooling and filling. Yogurt comes in a variety of packaging forms. Today we focus on PET bottle packaging. The shelf life of PET plastic bottled yogurt is generally about 21 days. The advantage of PET bottles is that they have good shading protection for the dairy products inside, and the light transmittance is very low, which extends the shelf life of dairy products. 4.1 Test principle
OX2 / 230 adopts the isobaric test principle, clamping the pre-treated sample between the test chambers, oxygen or air flows on one side of the film, and high-purity nitrogen flows on the other side of the film. Oxygen molecules diffuse through the membrane into high-purity nitrogen in the other side and are carried by the flowing nitrogen to the sensor.
