2 screen printing process

1) Use 100 ~ 150 mesh polyester screen, waterborne emulsion emulsion plate.

2) When using glass etched pulp, stir it thoroughly. Do not use ironware or glass stirrer. It is best to use "wood chopsticks" for stirring.

3) Remove dirt from the glass surface before printing, and then wipe off with a clean cloth.

4) Print the etched paste on the surface of the glass with water for about 1 to 2 minutes, which shows the effect of frosting and whitening. The screen printing process is so easy and simple.

5) After the screen is used up, rinse it with clean water and dry it.

6) Note: The working environment should be well-ventilated, do not add any water and other thinners in the glass etched paste to avoid touching the eyes and skin wounds.

At present, the warming of the real estate industry has also led to the heat of interior decoration. The original declining glass decoration industry also thrived with thaw. Screen printing glass etching processing business is rapidly developing.
