1..1 Storage of logs

The eucalyptus veneer veneer is the current popular home decoration veneer. Because of the large amount of use, the log is cut seasonally, and the coffin is prone to discoloration, decay, cracking, and the storage of logs becomes a problem. The easiest and most effective way is to store it in a wet place, that is, to store it under water, or to use a circulating water to continuously spray the logs. According to the relevant data, the moisture content of wood is below 130%, wood rot fungi and other fungi are easy to reproduce, and the water content is above 150%. Wood rot fungi and other fungi are difficult to survive. The high water content can not only inhibit the reproduction and regeneration of the bacteria, but also prevent the logs from being dried and cracked.

1.2 Preparation of the substrate

(1) Selection of the substrate. The moisture content of the plywood as the substrate must be less than 14%. Otherwise, the veneer decorative panel blank is easy to stratify and bubble when hot pressed, and the pressed finished sheet is easily deformed due to high water content, and even for a long time. After the placement or decoration, the surface of the board will be mildewed, and the substrate with a moisture content of more than 14% must be dried before use. After the substrate has been filled with putty, it must be put on. If the surface putty is dry and the inner surface is not dry, the substrate after sanding is put, the putty will shrink out of a groove due to the loss of water, and the attached sheet will be hot. When pressing, the pressure is not affected and the glue is seriously affected. When the putty is not dry, the veneer will stratify and bubbling during hot pressing.

(2) Apply a concealer. The color of the surface of the plywood often varies greatly, and a concealer must be applied to eliminate the chromatic aberration. The moisture content of the concealer exceeds 50%. In order not to increase the moisture content of the substrate, we must dissipate the excess water. The method is to dry it while coating, drying it with a closed dryer, and baking the substrate to cool, if the substrate is not cooled. Completely, the slab that has just been affixed will quickly lose water and shrink during the aging process, causing the lamella to detach from the seam or degumming, seriously affecting the quality.

(3) Production of sheets. Solid wood flakes are cut from wood. The moisture content of a good flake is between 30% and 40%. To obtain a good flake, the moisture content of the cooked wood must be controlled. If the water content is high, the flakes are seriously polluted because the moisture content of the wood is too high. When cutting, the planer will squeeze a lot of water when it is pressed against the wood. This water will dissolve the iron salt on the knife and react with the iron oxide. The iron ions in the water will react with the tannin in the wood to form a blue. Sewage. In this way, the cleaning process is increased, the cost is increased, the loss is increased, and the sheet is too wet, which has a great influence on the gluing of the decorative sheet. Because the glue can be cured under a certain pressure, temperature and time. The pressure, time and temperature are set at the time of hot pressing. Although the pressure and time have reached the specified value during hot pressing, the water cannot be completely vaporized, that is, the temperature of the glue is less than 100 ° C, and it has not fully cured. Gluing is definitely not enough. If the water content is too low, it is difficult to cut the wood, which affects the quality of the flakes. Because water has a softening effect on wood, how to control the moisture content of the wood? We have conducted comparative tests in the following ways (see Table 1). . After the steaming out of the pool, the wood should be kept away from direct sunlight. Because the wood will be dried after a large amount of water loss, it will affect the utilization of the wood. The cut sheets must be packed with plastic film to prevent the water from being lost and deformed. The storage time of the sheet should not be too long, otherwise it will be mildewed.

1..3 When the veneer of the panel blank is placed on the sheet, the amount of glue should not be too large, otherwise it will cause the glue to pass through. After the water in the glue is too large, the permeability of the rubber particles is enhanced, and the surface of the board after the penetration is blurred, the color is white, and there is no decorative or reduced decorative effect. The veneer blank must be aged to allow the glue to have a pre-curing process. At the same time, some water is lost. The weather is different, and the time is different. When it is hot, the slab will lose a lot of water during the flow, especially at both ends. After the sheet loses water and shrinks, it will produce separation and cracking, which seriously affects the quality of the board surface. Therefore, we must replenish water in a timely manner. It is necessary to spray water on the board surface and both ends regularly to maintain the proper moisture content of the sheet. When the weather is cold, it is necessary to prolong the time of aging, reduce the moisture content of the slab, and facilitate hot pressing.

1.3 hot pressing

The weather is hot and the time is reduced. However, when the weather is cold, the moisture content of the flakes is high. If the aging time is too long, the glue may solidify to affect the gluing, the time is not long enough, the slab moisture content is high, and stratified bubbling may also occur. The method we adopt is two hot pressing, that is, baking for 20 to 30 seconds without adding high pressure, then releasing pressure, exhausting steam, losing water, and then normal hot pressing once. After hot pressing, the slab must be blown by a fan for more than 30s after the hot press, so that the water on the slab is quickly dissipated. Otherwise, after the heat is stacked, because the slab moisture is high and cannot be lost in time, the putty will be wetted when the substrate is selected. The color of the putty will be deepened after the water is absorbed, and the color of the putty will be revealed on the surface of the board, which will affect the quality of the board. Moreover, the slab contains too much water and will deform and mold after being placed for a long time.

1.4 pickling

In order to ensure the uniform color of the board surface and remove the pollution of the board surface, the slab must be pickled. After pickling, the slab has a high moisture content and should be dried, but the water is mainly concentrated on the board surface. There will be a watermark, which must be put for a period of time. The time for the drying is based on the dryness of the board, and the drying time is about 15 to 20 seconds.

1.5 sales

After the qualified finished board is put into storage, the impact of water on sales cannot be ignored. Everyone knows that the air in the north is dry and the air in the south is humid. Before selling, we must know the equilibrium moisture content of the customer's local air. Otherwise, when the board with relatively high water content is sold to the north, the board surface will lose water and burst, and when the board with relatively low water content is sold to the south, the board surface will absorb water and be deformed, and it cannot be renovated. These consequences are quite serious.

In the production process of solid wood veneer decorative panels, it is necessary to control the moisture content of the blanks in each process to be consistent with the standards. This standard is the moisture content standard for each process we talked about earlier. Different logs and different seasons have different control measures.
