Therefore, PVDC is most suitable for the environmental protection and ecological requirements with the minimum packaging material (volume and weight) required for packaging the same amount of products. It is precisely this that PVDC is called green packaging material in European countries such as Germany and the United States.

PVDC film has good mechanical operation applicability; excellent resistance to oxygen, water vapor, aroma and odor penetration; very good transparency and satisfactory high gloss properties; compatible with environmental and ecological balance. In order to replace the cigarette box packaging, it is particularly necessary for the film surface to have excellent resistance to chafing, otherwise no matter how good the transparency is, it will lose its transparency because it is "not wearable".

PVDC packaging material is recognized as a high barrier material, as a surface coating material, it has excellent surface properties, such as: excellent barrier properties (for oxygen, water vapor, aroma and taste); coating has a good heat sealability, Smooth and dense sealing; stable sliding performance, ensuring smooth running of the packaging; good printing pattern display, making the printed picture and text more full and heavy.
