PTH-40

The PTH-40 is the smallest model in the AISA PTH Extrusion Pipe Auger family. In addition to its distinctive features of low investment, PTH-40, like other members of the PTH family, has a variety of excellent qualities that ensure high-quality production. The PTH-40 and PTH-80 molds are used interchangeably. Therefore, PTH-40 will be the best solution for customers who want to balance production capacity to the best with minimal investment.

PTH-80s

The PTH-80s are specifically designed to simplify maintenance and ease of operation. Its production speed reaches 90 hoses per minute. It can produce all standard size hoses; the production of small size hoses can be done through microtube settings. The positioning system for preprinted tubes in the equipment options allows the PTH-80s to produce elliptical tubes and hoses with positioning flaps.

PTH-120s

The hoses produced by the PTH-120s have reached an unprecedented wide range both in the length of the body and in the diameter of the hose. What's more, PTH-120s can guarantee a production speed of 140 per minute for all hoses with diameters up to 50 mm. For hoses with diameters between 50–63.5 mm, the PTH-120 can still maintain high production speeds. At the same time, using the positioning system in the equipment options, PTH-120s can also produce oval-shaped hoses.

PTH-200

The PTH-200 will increase production speeds by 200 hoses per minute. It is the largest model and the highest production speed of the AISA PTH series extrusion tube injection molding machine. Although the PTH-200 is the ideal model for mass production, its down time for mold replacement has not been extended and the flexibility of the equipment has not been affected. In a market environment requiring low operating costs and high productivity, PTH-200 fully reflects the perfect combination of output, production capacity and equipment flexibility.
