Downhole bi-directional belt machine successfully developed

A few days ago, through the cooperation of the Zheng Coal Company’s Chaohua Mine scientific and technical personnel and China University of Mining and Technology, a two-way belt conveyor that can both transport coal and transport materials has been successfully developed and put into use.
The downhole two-way belt conveyor uses the belt to transport the lower belt section back to the air. The loading and unloading devices are installed on the belt head and the tail of the belt respectively, and the middle section is increased with guard rails to meet the needs of transporting U-shaped steel and materials. After ground experiments, various technical requirements were achieved. In order to adapt to the downhole production conditions, the technical personnel of this mine also made adjustments to the operating structure and put it into production at the 22081 working face of the mine. The results were good.
