Maui company will introduce new extrusion control system to Asian market

Maguire recently announced that the company has made simple and cost-effective improvements to its already commercially successful LineMasterTM extrusion production control technology. Maguire's original LineMaster system is used as an extrusion and precision gravity metering compounder. Combines weightless hoppers that provide instantaneous feedback on material consumption. The company will soon push the system to the Asian market.

Maguire's LineMaster AC production control system retrieves data on extruder raw material usage and updates it every 0.5 seconds. As a low-cost output control system, LineMaster AC system has the characteristics of fast response and applicable to various extrusion lines, including blowing lines that require frequent starting/stopping due to factors such as film roll replacement; the extrusion speed is inconsistent Coextrusion that can cause serious quality problems, etc. In addition, the LineMaster control system is integrated into the Maguire WSB weighted blender system. Mixer feeds raw materials from each bin to the weighing chamber in a predetermined recipe proportion, and can precisely control batch formulas.

Mr. Steve Maguire, President of Maqui Company, said that the new LineMaster ACTM (for advanced control) system is only slightly more expensive than the standard LineMaster extrusion control system, and the standard LineMaster output control system is better than any other manufacturer on the market.
