â– Before installing the indentation mold, first adjust the die-cutting pressure of the die-cutting machine, and at the same time, remove the bottom-die steel plate of the die-cutting machine.
â– Measure the length of the desired indentation mold on the stencil.
â– The indentation mold is used to cut open the indentation mold, and a sharp 90-degree angle is naturally cut at both ends of the indentation mold.
â– Use the positioning plastic strip on the upper part of the indentation mold to clamp the indentation mold on the corresponding indentation line on the die plate.

After the die-cutting indentation bottom template is completed, the die-cut can be debugged to perform trial die-cutting formal printing, and the die-cut indentation quality of the product is carefully inspected. After passing the inspection, the die-cut die-cut sample is submitted to the customer for die-cutting sample. Signing can only be carried out in formal die-cutting indentation production.
