The atomizer nozzle of the bottle rinsing nozzle can sterilize and clean various parts of the inner wall of the bottle. The form of the filling cylinder is mainly to meet the filling requirement of gas-filled beverages. It has a multi-point temperature detection and limit return system, and adopts APV pneumatic valve. The capping head is covered with a magnetic clutch cover from Alcoa of Germany. The torque is adjustable to meet the requirements for sealing and opening torque of different types of beverages.
The bottle cap is supplied with hot air and is guaranteed to have a cover outlet temperature of 40°C. UV line sterilization and dust prevention devices are provided to ensure the quality of the capping mouth. The machine's production capacity can reach 20,000 bottles, which can be used for the filling of juices, tea drinks and gas-containing beverages.
