China corrugated box industry status and development trend

China has fully entered today's motherland in the corrugated production line. Thousands of carton manufacturers have already dominated the market with several corrugated production lines. From the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta and the coastal economically developed regions, there are more than 2,000 corrugated production lines. Corrugated board on the market is almost entirely provided by the production line. The quality of corrugated board has basically reached the national standard. After the high-quality corrugated board is processed by a post-processing equipment to form a carton, the goods are packed and the goods are successfully entered into the domestic and foreign markets. In other parts of the country, paperboard cartons produced from the corrugated production lines have also gradually become dominant. In the 70s and 80s of last century, the single-phase production of corrugated boxes in China, and the production of corrugated single-faced machines in the early to mid-1990s have become history. After the development of the new century before and after the seven or eight years, a new era of corrugated cartons production line production in China was created. 

China basically achieved a specialized division of labor in the corrugated box industry.
Due to technological advancement, popularization of corrugated production lines, and the formation of large enterprises, the specialization of carton machinery and the specialization of corrugated board and cardboard boxes have to occur. In the single-phase production and single-side machine production of corrugated cartons in China, cartons manufacturing enterprises are generally "small and complete" and "small and all" small production methods. Their characteristics are: they do not ask for anything. During the production of single and single-sided machine cartons, their own indigenous methods of papermaking, self-made calcium foam, self-pulling flats... The competition in the industrial market during the small production period is disorderly and chaotic.

During the period when China's carton industry entered the corrugated production line, that is, during the modern production period, large enterprises have mastered advanced production line tools and become leading enterprises. Many small and medium-sized enterprises have become satellite companies and have formed a mutual cooperation relationship, which is provided by large enterprises. After the market economy in China, cartons manufacturing enterprises are mostly rural collective ownership enterprises. After years of continuous restructuring and speeding up the restructuring, China's carton manufacturers are basically joint-stock private enterprises and individual private enterprises. The reform of the ownership of production enterprises is a great liberation of productive forces and is the only way for the development of modern enterprises. During the period of public ownership, carton manufacturers must develop and implement projects. They must demonstrate and write reports.
