A new type of thermoplastic ionomer branded as Clarix was recently launched at the Schumann company in Akron, Ohio, USA.
According to reports, this is an ethylene-based copolymer that can be used for film, blow molding, injection molding, and surface coating. It can also be used as a reinforcing modification additive for other resins. The transparency of the new polymer is similar to that of glass, and it can also be added to improve various colors. The product has strong chemical resistance, impact resistance, scratch resistance and perforation resistance, and the manufactured package is firm and reliable and easy to use.
As a reinforcing additive, the new product has good elasticity, good compatibility, strong adhesion to metal, glass, textiles and paper, and is suitable for various applications.
