First, in summing up the fall and fall of last year's teaching materials, page quality lessons were learned, and a comprehensive and systematic summary of the glue-binding quality process was conducted. The process operation, machine adjustment and use, performance and use of hot-melt adhesives, etc., were carried out. In order to ensure the quality of the printing and bookbinding of the textbooks in spring this year, before the textbooks were printed, we went to the five printing houses in the community to preach the new national printing industry standards, the quality of glue binding processes, the performance of hot melt adhesives, and the use of management. More than 30 social printers of printing materials have conducted centralized training. At this time, the quality of the printing and glue binding of the textbooks this spring has played an important role.

2, the use of hot-melt adhesive temperature control is stable, the quality of glue is essential. Because the change of the temperature of the glue will cause the change of thickness of the book back adhesive layer, the permeability of the glue to the paper and the bond strength will change. Sustained heating under ultra-high temperature or at rest will lead to chain reactions such as aging and failure of the glue, which will directly affect the strength of the glue book. The automatic temperature control system of the existing bookbinding machine, especially the automatic control of the temperature on the disc machine and the direct machine, shows a large difference between the temperature value and the actual temperature of the glue, and is as much as several tens of degrees, which brings a great deal of trouble to use. . We require the printing factory to take measures to improve. Before the problem is solved, thermometers or meters must be configured to control and monitor the glue temperature. If the downtime is too long for any reason, the protective measures should be taken to reduce the temperature (30-40 degrees Celsius). The operating temperature of the adhesive must be strictly controlled. We use the operating temperature as a test item for quality inspection of the daily quality inspection and general printing business department to the production site.
