Ultra-high polymer multifunctional cement plastic

It is reported that scientific and technical personnel of China’s scientific research units invented an ultra-high-polymer multi-functional cement plastic in November 2003. The mechanism is: adding a certain amount of cement to the UHMW-PE plastic, and using the strong moisture-absorbing property and coagulation-solidifying property of the cement, it can overcome the sand-like and non-hydrophilic nature of the ultra-high molecular weight plastic. Not easy to gather solidification molding defects. This new type of plastic, which uses cement to change the processing characteristics, is easy to process and shape, and can be better blended with stencils. Its body structure, such as reinforced concrete, enables plastics and steels to form complementary advantages; and it can also be easily combined with magnetic powder and diamond. And other functional materials are blended into products. Such composite products have excellent weathering and degradability and significantly prolong service life.
