On November 19th, two leading 2.0M tissue machines supplied by Topsk were opened at the Xiaogan Factory in Hubei, Vinda Care Products (China) Co., Ltd. This represents the official launch of the Vida Group at the second production base of Xiaogan.
The two tissue machines have a total production capacity of 60,000 t/a, and are equipped with large-diameter second-generation Toske steel Yankee cylinders, shoe presses and drying optimization energy-saving schemes. This new configuration will further improve the quality of the finished product in terms of softness and quantitative uniformity, and further reduce steam consumption.
Topsk is installing two other tissue paper production lines at the new Xiaogan site in Vida, which is expected to be commissioned in the next few months.
