b. Excessive ink injection. If too much ink is added, an “ink flood†(name of yourself, meaning of flood) will be formed outside the nozzle when printing. If you find that a certain color does not emit ink during printing, but A large amount of ink of this color has accumulated outside the nozzle, so this may be the reason. Solution: Use a 5ml syringe to insert from the injection hole, withdraw a little (0.5ml is enough), and then try again on the machine.
3. It is best to reset the ink cartridge after each ink injection, and then pay attention to the ink cartridge capacity at any time in the future printing. Once the ink capacity is found to be exhausted, or the printer issues an ink shortage alarm, the ink is filled immediately, which can avoid the occurrence bubble. If 2ml of ink still overflows in the future, then in order to prevent the occurrence of "ink flood", you must pump back a little (0.5ml).
4. Remember to clean the inside and outside of the syringe before entering the next color after every ink or suction action is completed.
