Test the concave hardness index, concave hardness characteristics, concave hardness test, and compressive stress of sponges, foams, and the like.

Third, the software operation instructions:

Pre-recession:

Apply a force of 5 N to the sample to measure the thickness of the sample, and press it at a rate of 100 MM/MIN to 70% of the thickness of the sample, and then unload at the same rate.

Method A - Determination of the concave hardness index:

After three preloadings, the thickness of the sample was recessed by 40% and held at 30 s, and the force value was recorded.

Method B---Measurement of concave hardness characteristics:

After three preloadings, the thickness of the sample was recessed by 25% and held at 30 s, and the force value was recorded.

Increase the concaveness to 40% from the thickness of the concave sample by 25% and keep the value of 30S, recording the force value

Increase the concaveness to 65% from the thickness of the concave sample by 40% and keep the value of 30S, recording the force value

Calculation of the concaveness coefficient:

Method D---Free setting test method:

It can be tested according to your own requirements. This test method is set according to foreign standards. For example, the following test is required: it needs to be compressed 5 times.

1. For the first time, compress to 30% of the original thickness at 150mm/min and return to the initial state.

2. After 5 seconds of pause, compress to the original thickness of 40% at a speed of 90mm/min and return to the initial state.

3. After 3 seconds of pause, compress to the original thickness of 75% at 300mm/min and return to the initial state.

4. After 1 second pause, compress to the original thickness of 50% at 75mm/min and return to the initial state.

5. After 2 seconds of pause, compress to 40% of the original thickness at 50mm/min and return to the initial state.
