Precautions to prevent flattening of printing, traditional paper feeding system
Matters needing attention in traditional paper feed roller system:
1. The cardboard is flattened to a great extent due to improper human adjustment.
2. Abrasion of the paper feed wheel will reduce the accuracy of paper feed.
The wear of the paper feed wheel also affects the accuracy of the paper feed. The wear of the paper feed wheel is greater, and the roundness is reduced. In short, the wheel becomes smaller, and the speed of rotation becomes slower to form a speed difference. The small paper feed wheel and the feed The speed difference of the paper roller is generated, so the accuracy of paper feeding will naturally also produce errors.
3. Hardening of the paper feed wheel will cause the accuracy of paper feed to decrease.
Both the paper feed roller and the paper feed roller are made of rubber. Once the rubber is hardened, the friction of the paper feed will be reduced, and the transmission effect can only be transmitted by increasing the pressure.
4. The paper feed roller is easy to slip at the pressure line.
5. The paper feed roller has hidden safety risks.

A flute 4.5 ± 0.3mm
B flute 2.5 ± 0.3mm

Tips for the operator to adjust the gap between the feed rollers:
1. Use a caliper to measure the thickness of the cardboard and verify the data.
The standard operation when adjusting the paper feed gap is divided into two steps:
(1) To detect the thickness of cardboard, generally use vernier caliper to measure.
(2) Determine the adjustment value of the paper feed gap according to the thickness of the paperboard. Different paperboards have different paper feed gaps. Generally speaking, the cardboard thickness -0.3mm = paper feed gap.
2. The standard position of the printing machine gap scale is set.
3. Can not blindly increase the feeding gap.
Daily maintenance of paper feed roller:
1. The gap of the feed roller is regularly adjusted to ensure the accuracy of the paper feed; generally, feeler gauge is used for correction, and the thickness of the feeler gauge = gap thickness.
Specific method: First put the feeler gauge between the two paper feed wheels, adjust until the paper feed wheel completely bites the feeler gauge, and check whether the dial gauge data is consistent with the thickness of the feeler gauge. If they are not consistent, further adjustment is needed.
2. The feed roller is cleaned regularly to prevent oil stains and paper debris from jamming the feed roller bearing.
3. The screws of the feed roller are tightened regularly.
