The cleaning of dental impression trays has been a difficult problem for many years. How to solve this problem is the focus of this paper. On average, one nurse per day is responsible for the 50-60 payment and working model adopted by a dozen doctors. The 50-60 trays should be cleaned and then sent to dry or autoclaved before they can be used again. Each tray has more than 100 small holes that prevent the impression material from falling off. These small holes add a lot of trouble and difficulty to the nurse brushing the tray after the impression is taken. The algae in each hole Sodium should be extracted with a probe and then brushed with a copper wire brush. This work is very cumbersome and cumbersome and can not meet the clinical work needs. This study observed and compared the three contrast effects of 2% Wanfu Jinan disinfectant, 5%/84 disinfectant, and 2% glutaraldehyde disinfectant. Try to find an effective tray disinfectant to facilitate clinical use.

(1) 2% Wanfu Jinan disinfectant 3L (main component chlorine, HZ704);
(2) 5% / 84 disinfectant 3L (main components, chlorine, surfactants and synergistic stable cosolvents);
(3) 2% glutaraldehyde disinfectant 3L (main component high purity medical glutaraldehyde, AED enhancer).
2 Methods: 30 doses of clinically used sodium alginate trays were immersed in three disinfectants, randomly grouped into 10 doses per solution, after half an hour, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours later, comparative observation analysis.
