1. Refrigeration system and compressor: In order to ensure the cooling rate and minimum temperature requirements of the test chamber, this test chamber uses a binary cascade Freon refrigeration system composed of a German COPELANDBAN semi-hermetic compressor. The cascade system includes a high-pressure refrigeration cycle and a low-pressure refrigeration cycle, and the connecting container is an evaporative condenser. The function of the evaporative condenser is to use the evaporator of the low-pressure cycle as the condenser of the high-pressure cycle.
The design of refrigeration system uses energy regulation technology, an effective processing method can not only ensure the normal operation of the refrigeration unit but also effectively adjust the energy consumption and cooling capacity of the refrigeration system, so that the operating cost of the refrigeration system And the fault has dropped to a more economical state.
2. Refrigeration working principle: the high and low refrigeration cycle adopts reverse Karo cycle. The cycle is composed of two isothermal processes and two adiabatic processes. The process is as follows: the refrigerant is adiabatically compressed by the compressor to a higher pressure, consuming work The temperature of the exhaust gas is raised, and then the refrigerant exchanges heat isothermally with the surrounding medium through the condenser to transfer the heat to the surrounding medium. After the refrigerant passes through the shut-off valve for adiabatic expansion to do work, the refrigerant temperature decreases. This cycle is repeated to achieve the purpose of cooling.
