Solution:
The ink supply pipeline should not be too long. Please adjust the length of the pipeline from the line rack to the print cartridge to the best position.
â—‡ If the length of the ink supply line from the line frame to the print cartridge is too long, it will cause friction between the ink supply line and the casing on both sides of the printer during printing. It should be retracted to the optimal length. The method is to unplug the printer during the printing process, manually pull the ink cart to the left and then to the right, and adjust the ink line to the shortest length under the premise of ensuring the travel of the printing ink cart.
â—‡ If the length of the ink delivery line from the line frame to the print cartridge is too short, it will also cause the red light to light during printing. It should be adjusted to the optimal length according to the adjustment method in the previous step.
â—‡ The friction between the ink pipeline and the edges of the casing on both sides of the printer during printing often occurs on EPSON 780/790/810/820/830 / C61 and other models, which share common features: the upper part of the casing The sides are curved. Although the use of thinner and softer ink delivery lines can avoid this friction, the thin and soft ink delivery lines are prone to clogging and poor ink supply, and therefore do not meet the requirements of continuous ink supply systems. Our ink supply pipelines have a high coefficient of friction resistance, and their toughness, strength and diameter are fully in line with the design requirements of international advanced continuous ink supply systems. For this type of model, in order to reduce the friction between the ink supply line and the edge of the casing, you can stick the line rack below the right side of the printer.
