Experience with PVC Offset Printing Offset Printing

When using an offset printing machine to print PVC adhesive materials, the adhesion of ink is small, and the back of the PVC adhesive material is dirty, which has always been a difficult problem for us.

The main reason for this problem is due to poor absorption of ink by PVC. It is very difficult to dry completely by the evaporation of ink, especially when printing a large area on the ground, the drying time will be more than 48 hours, and the adhesion of the ink is very small, and it will be wiped off.

Since there are few special inks for printing PVC materials, ordinary inks have to be used to print PVC adhesive materials. Through continuous practice and exploration, we have summarized a method that is both economical and practical. Interested colleagues may wish to try.

Fast dry ink with bright light, plus 3% of red dry oil, 5% of the Central Asian brand ink God, with varnish instead of adjusting the oil to reconcile until the appropriate printing. The addition of Ink God has a significant effect on the prevention of sticking on the back, and the addition of varnish increases the ink drying speed and the adhesion of the ink. The batch of bottled water marks we printed using this method is of good quality and has been well received by customers.
